Call Monitoring

The WINHMS call monitoring module provides logging and monitoring of outgoing telephone calls made from all rooms. The system computes call charges based on settings within the system and automatically posts charges to the guest’s room. Provided the EPABX supports incoming call data then the system will provide a detailed list of all incoming calls. It is also possible to provide an extension-to-extension list.

A detailed list of call charges is provided to the guest in real time. It is also possible to schedule wakeup calls, bar calls and transfer calls from one extension to another. Reporting and analysis tools include call query, list of all calls, special call list, extension-wise calls, department wise calls, trunk-wise usage, extension transfer list and list of unbilled calls. Interfacing is provided to all leading EPABX vendors.
